The Suri Seri Begawan Raja Pengiran Anak Damit Mosque Takmir Committee , Kampung Manggis Madang held a ceremony to inaugurate the main entrance of the mosque and a Presentation of Contributions from Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah as well as a certificate of appreciation presentation. The ceremony took place on 2nd February night.

Present was Dato Seri Paduka Awang Mohammed Riza bin Dato Paduka Haji Mohammed Yunos, Deputy Minister for Civil Service Governance at the Prime Minister's Office. The contributions amounting $5,000 from Yayasan was presented by Awang Iswandy bin Ahmad, Assistant Managing Director for Welfare Services and Social Development of Yayasan. The ceremony coincided the presentation of Certificates of Appreciation to the contributors of the Second Phase Interior Decoration Project of the Mosque.
